Our European main office is working in tandem with our China based sourcing and quality control bureau to correctly identify both European and Chinese regulations and criteria, in order to ensure we fully comply with evolving requirements. We qualify all products by carefully verifying CE certificates, Testing Reports, Technical Sheets, Business licenses and supporting documentation for authenticity. Our on-site China team conducts factory audits and conducts quality control and final testing. SmartGrade™ employs a closed loop corrective actions process to identify the root cause of reported issues and effectively implement and monitor corrections.
