Screen Packaging Requirements

Good for your business. Great for the environment

1. Insert all LCDs into bubble wrap bags. Ensure the flex cables are not bent.

2. Wrap stacks of five LCDs with a rubber band.

3. Place a layer of thin filler inside the box, making sure to cover the sides.

4. Place stacks of LCDs with the flex cables facing inward (towards the middle of the box).

5. If necessary, stuff filler into any gaps.

6. If necessary, add a few layers of filler on top to fill the box.

7. Place your packing list inside.

8. Before sealing the box, gently shake the carton to check that nothing is moving. If you notice something moves, add filler.

9. Close the cover and secure with tape. Write the BuyBack Authorization Form (BBAF) number on the front of the package.
